You should look up DVDs by Rachel Brice on Amazon.com. :D I have a copy of one, already made, if you'd like me to mail it to you.

As for diet, I don't have much to recommend, though. :x I try to eat healthy and I'm a vegetarian, as well.

I walk a lot and do a lot of butt/thigh exercises. I'm keeping my current weight so far but I don't know how long that'll last.

xD I never walk, I should... We have a treadmill, but I never use it. :x

Treadmills are pure evil...O.o Walking = so much better
