Its not really that far away. It only takes a couple of hours to drive there from Cartersville, and its not that expensive really, since its free. All we'll have to pay is gas and hotel, which won't be much since we can all carpool and split the hotel.

I don't think its pointless, really. A performance is a performance, and the people at this con are really really nice, so it'll be a good one to start off with, I think.

Chelsey's information is on her profile and you do realize AUSUMcon is only one day, right? It seems pointless to go that far for a one day con considering how much we'll be paying out.

Has anyone heard from Chelsey or Shiko?

Oh, and EMS is officially canceled for this year. Which, of course, means we are not performing there. On the bright side, we now have an entire performance panel for AUSAMcon in January. I'll update later with more information about that.

I think I'm more worried about this than anything else. I mean to see my mother come crying out of the exam room...-shudder-

Hi everyone,

Just letting you know I may be disappearing because my mom has to have surgery on her eyes and family comes first. She's scared to fucking death over it. If she doesn't get this done, she'll be blind so I'm going to spend as much time with her as I can. Her retinas are bleeding and things are digressing quickly.

Yes, that means I may not be wasting time going to the first rehearsal. Take that as you please, but my mother means the world
to me, regardless of how we fight and I love her to death. I want to stand by her through all of this.

I'm just letting you know I'm not dead. I'll keep everyone informed and I'll see what I can do. I'll know more after May 21st.
